Construction

Conductor
Solid annealed bare/tinned copper wire of 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7 or 0.9mm.Other sizes on customer's request.
Insulation
PVC/Solid polyethylene/Nylon. Single coloured conductors have fully color-coded insulation. Bi-coloured conductors are produced by printing of coloured rings on the coloured insulation.
Cable Assembly
Components are assembled in concentric layers or in units for higher pair sizes.
Core Wrap
One or more plastic tapes.
Screen
If required, pairs/triads/quads can be individually or overall screened or both. Screening by Copper/Aluminum Mylar Tapes with minimum 30% overlap.
Drain Wire
If required, solid tinned copper wire of 0.5 mm.
Outer Sheath 
PVC Black/Grey.
